Australian Sports CommissionThe Australian Sports Commission is the Australian Government body that develops, supports and invests in sport at all levels in Australia.
The ASC funds and works closely with a range of national sporting organisations, State and local governments, schools and community bodies to ensure sport is well run and accessible so that everyone can participate and enjoy the benefits. It also works with these organisations, and through the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and State and Territory Institutes and Academies, to develop elite sporting excellence.
The ASC also works to uphold the integrity of sport through many innovative programs ranging from the promotion of ethical sporting practices on and off the field to the enforcement of Australia's commitment to keeping sport free of performance- enhancing drugs.
VicdeafThe Victorian Deaf Society (Vicdeaf), a non-profit organisation that is the primary source of reference, referral, advice and support for deaf adults in Victoria.
Department of Health and AgeingThe Department of Health and Ageing is the Australian Government body responsible for promoting, developing and funding world class health and aged care services for all Australians.
The Department supports DSA to deliver projects that provide greater access to, and participation in, sport and recreation activities in the community.
